How long will my order take to be processed?: We aim to dispatch your order on the same day however please allow 1-2 working days during busy periods. Once orders are complete, Standard and Express delivery orders will be sent via EVRi, Royal Mail or Yodel Tracked Services depending on your location. You will then receive a notification to your Order with a Tracking Number. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days after dispatch and Express delivery takes 1 working day after dispatch

What days do you process orders?: Orders are processed Monday-Friday between 10am-6pm. We are Closed on Weekends (including Bank Holidays) so if orders are placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays then please add an extra day or two on to your order's estimated delivery

Do you offer free delivery?: Yes. We offer free delivery on orders over £70. Estimated delivery times on orders that qualify for free delivery are 2-3 working days

Do you ship internationally?: No, not at the moment. We're a relatively new online business so we will only be shipping orders within the United Kingdom until further notice. Apologies for any inconvenience. Make sure to follow our Instagram page for any updates on International Shipping
