Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed between 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to monitor its delivery status. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to be updated

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or during peak periods

We are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom so no International shipping is available at this current time

 

Missing or Damaged Orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date, or if it arrives damaged, then please contact us at frightfullyproud@outlook.com with your name and order number. We will investigate and try and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 working days for a response
